damn phone calls. they keep interrupting my blogging.

Captain is fed up with this place. he's probably not going to return after his vacation next week. for his sanity's sake, i hope he doesn't.

lucky me. i just received an email from Boss (who is abroad on business). now, the average working honeybee (namely me), would think that the most efficient way to operate would be to respond to his queries by email. ...

but no, i once learned the hard way, that this displeases Boss greatly. i was yelled at for being "inconsiderate", and "lacking in courtesy" for "not asking" him first. those are the words that he used when he phoned me the same afternoon. it's not as though i didn't include that in the fax. i was simply trying to get him the urgent piece of information, as quickly as possible. obviously, he received the email first. duh. he still doesn't seem to want to understand that point.

in this particular email, he thanks me for the 24 page fax that i sent him last evening, and suggests that in the future, i should try sending it in 2 different batches when it gets that long. blah. i faaaaaht in his general DIE-rection.
